The garters are designed to sit on the upper thigh and are anchored to the hip panel via O-rings. At thigh circumferences between 38-52 cm they hold position well; above 52 cm the tension decreases and the garters may slide down with extended movement.

The harness is designed to layer over a fitted base — a white or nude bodysuit shows the strongest visual contrast with the black straps. A sheer mesh bodysuit, high-waist briefs, or a fitted crop top also work. The O-ring connections avoid hooking on sheer fabrics.
