Faux Leather Material and Care

The shoulder plates and straps are made from PU faux leather bonded to a fabric backing, giving the surface a smooth, matte-black finish that photographs well but is not as durable as genuine leather under heavy abrasion. Wipe the surface clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid submerging in water or machine washing, which causes the PU coating to crack. Store flat or on a wide hanger to preserve the plate shape. Silver-tone metal hardware is zinc alloy; keep dry to prevent tarnish.
