Choker Halter Harness with Chain Fringe Skirt in Reflective White

This piece pairs a high-neck choker collar with a halter chest harness and a hip skirt made of hanging chain fringe. The collar and waistband are finished in reflective white faux leather, so the trim catches flash and low light while rows of fine metal chain drape underneath it across the chest. A rounded metal O-ring anchors the halter straps at the center of the chest, and the same reflective white banding repeats on the studded waistband above the fringe.
